Raphaël Piotraut is an experienced corporate lawyer, who has worked on a wide range of company sales and purchases of differing sizes and complexities as well as mergers and leveraged buyouts.

In 2007, he left our law firm to join the insurance company AIG (now calleded Chartis) heading up the team handling Representations and Warranties insurance.  However, he missed life in private practice and, much to our delight, he re-joined the firm in May 2010.
